What is it?
The ABCs of Skincare for Business training is an immersive one-day, in-person training program tailored to upskill business owners and/ or their customer-facing staff with a foundational understanding of skin science, and the know-how to effectively consult on common skin conditions and recommend skincare products and routines to their shoppers.
Who is it for?
This is a beginner-level course that targets even the most inexperienced team member. The course is most beneficial for sales or storefront team members who interact with customers seeking support to choose products or build routines, but is also very beneficial for marketing/social media teams who create education content for the business.

| Basic Skin Science | Trainees will demonstrate a basic understanding of the skin and common skin conditions and concerns. |
| Consultative Process | Trainees will be able demonstrate the ability to ask guided questions to determine a customer’s skin concern area. |
| Product Recommendation & Routine Building | Traineeswill exhibit key ingredient knowledge and the ability to couple products and build skincare routines that effectively tackle skin problem areas. |
